1. Who We Are
Integration Academy is an online educational platform based in Ontario, Canada that provides Ontario Mathematics Curriculum 2020-aligned math games for students in Kindergarten through Grade 8.

2. Information We Collect
At Registration
- Email address (for account verification and communications)
- Username (display name, chosen by the user)
- Full name (optional)
- Role (student or teacher)
- Grade level
- Password (stored as a cryptographic hash — never readable)
Platform Usage
- Game scores and timestamps
- Badges earned
- Progress by curriculum strand
- Language preference (stored locally in your browser)
Payment
Payments are processed by Stripe Inc. We never store credit card numbers. We receive only a Stripe customer ID and subscription status.
3. How We Use Your Information
- To provide and personalize the educational experience
- To track academic progress and generate reports
- To manage subscriptions and process payments
- To communicate important account or service updates
- To improve our platform based on aggregated, anonymized analytics
- We do NOT sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties
4. Children's Data (PIPEDA & FIPPA)
Integration Academy complies with Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and Ontario's Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act (FIPPA).
- Students under 13 should register with parental consent or through their teacher's class code.
- Teachers registering students under 13 represent that they have appropriate school/parental authorization.
- Parents may request to review or delete their child's data by contacting us at the email below.
- Student data is not used for advertising or profiling.
5. Data Retention
We retain active account data as long as a subscription is active. Accounts inactive for more than 24 months may be deleted. Teachers may request class data deletion at the end of the school year.
6. Security
All data is stored on Supabase (AWS infrastructure hosted in Canada/US) with encryption in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256). Passwords are hashed using bcrypt. Database access is controlled by row-level security (RLS) policies.
7. Your Rights
- Access: Request a copy of your personal data
- Correction: Update inaccurate information
- Deletion: Request deletion of your account and data
- Portability: Request your data in a machine-readable format
- Opt-out: Unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time

8. Cookies
We use only essential cookies (Supabase authentication session) and browser local storage for language preferences. We do not use third-party or advertising cookies.
9. Changes to This Policy
We will notify you by email of any material changes to this policy at least 30 days before they take effect.
📋 Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By using Integration Academy, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you register on behalf of a minor student, you represent that you have parental or guardian authority to do so.
2. Accounts & Subscriptions
- Each account is for a single user and provides access to one grade level only.
- Student accounts: $9.99/month (cancel anytime) or $90 one-time annual payment.
- Teacher accounts: $29.99/month or $240 per school year (September – June 30).
- All prices are in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and include applicable taxes.
- Monthly subscriptions renew automatically. You may cancel at any time via your billing portal.
- The school-year plan ($240) expires June 30 of the current or next school year and does not auto-renew.
3. Refunds
We offer a full refund within 30 days of your first payment if you are not satisfied. After 30 days, refunds are granted at our discretion. To request a refund, contact us at the email above.
4. Teacher & Student Accounts
- Teachers may add up to 28 students to a class using a class code.
- Teachers are responsible for the appropriate use of the platform by their students.
- Class codes may not be shared publicly (e.g., on social media). They are for use within a single classroom.
- A teacher account includes the teacher's own access plus class management tools. Students require their own subscriptions (or a teacher-provided free month code).
5. Acceptable Use
You may not:
- Share account credentials with other users
- Use automated tools to access or scrape the platform
- Attempt to circumvent subscription or grade-lock restrictions
- Upload or transmit harmful, offensive, or illegal content
- Use the platform for commercial purposes other than as permitted for teacher accounts
6. Intellectual Property
All content on Integration Academy, including games, text, graphics, and trademarks, is the exclusive property of Integration Academy or its licensors. No content may be reproduced or distributed without prior written permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
Integration Academy is provided "as is" for educational purposes. We do not guarantee specific academic outcomes. Our total liability will never exceed the amount paid in the last 12 months.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the applicable federal laws of Canada. Any disputes will be submitted to the competent courts of Ontario.
